We are 2 km from closest beach, 7 within 5km and also surrounded by 4 golf courses. There are shops, bars and restaurants nearby, local weekend markets, for the bargain hunters, are within easy reach. The villa has 3 bedrooms, the ground floor has aircon and the bedrooms have portable units. It is fully equipped including TV and DVD, with patio furniture on roof terrace and front porch area including a swinging hammock to relax with a jug of sangria in the cool of the evening.

Situated on the Costa Blana approximately 20 mins drive from Murcia and 45 mins South of Alicante, Cabo Roig, the jewel of Costa Blanca lies just off the N332 road between Torrevieja and Campoamor and is easily accessed from the AP7 motorway and the Dehessa de Campoamor exit.
Having a car is not necessary but is recommended as there are endless places to visit. Just 3 miles from Cabo Roig is the historic town of Torrevieja which is surrounded by salt lakes and the home to wildlife including pink flamingoes. Also a large marina, funfair & promenade which is bustiling from early evening with street art, a harbour walk and abundant shops, bars and restaurants. Here you will also find the aqua park to entertain the children and shopping markets.
The Costa Blanca has one of the heathiest climates in the world, partly due to the large salt lakes, this is good news for the asthma and arthritis sufferers.
Cabo Roig is in the South of Costa Blanca, a region boasting some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. They are blue flag, cleaned every morning and the water is clear. There are an array of watersports including pedaloes, jetskis, water skiing, wind surfing, etc. Cabo Roig also has its' own very pretty marina and has one of the most agreeable climates in Europe, with daily temperatures rarely dropping below 20degrees, you can comfortably swim in the sea well into November.
Golfers no need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the couses, in addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeterias/restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round. All are within 5 to 10 min drive and for those who wish to go further south it is a 30 min drive to La Manga, the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole couses to choose from. What more can you ask for! |
