Independent small villa inside a roman golf course, a peaceful oasis close to downtown.
In the heart of Olgiata - island of peace and security, near and far at one time from the joyful confusion of Rome, the independant small villa (85 sq mt) is available for rent. Near to the main building where the owner's family lives, in the middle of a prived park of 13.000 sq mt., elegantly furnished. Outside, a prived garden with a gazebo is available. The owner and his family speak english, italian, russian and french. They are glad to help their guests in all possible way to make the stay as much comfortable as possible!

Olgiata is the most exclusive residential compound of Italy. Located 20 km north of Rome, linked to downtown with the subway (Rome center is forbidden to prived cars), 30 minutes far from the seaside, strategically situated to visit all the archeological etruscan sites and famous Viterbo’s thermal baths www.termedeipapi.it , protected by a round the clock prived surveillance service, it owns, inside it’s 630 ha surface, a 18 + 9 holes Golf Club, a horse club and a Country Club with a 50X33mt swimming pool and tennis courts.
In the heart of this island of peace and security, near and far at one time from the joyful confusion of Rome, Villa Alexandra-Sofia is available for rent and offers to it’s guests a living room with fireplace, free internet connection and a large kitchen corner, a loft, a bathroom, a multipurpose small service room, a sleeping masterbedroom. 4 persons can be accomodated: two in the masterbedroom, two in a transformable sofa on the loft.
Dogs and cats cannot be accepted.
Outside, a prived garden with a gazebo is available.
The owner and his family speak english, russian and french. They are glad to help their guests in all possible way to make the stay as much comfortable as possible. The access and the parking by car are not easy downtown, while the subway station with parking lasts only 10 minutes by car from the villa.
Ideal for who travels with a car!
The area is relatively hilly, 30 minutes drive from the centre of Rome and and 10 minutes from the subway line going downtown (Vatican Museums), ideal to visit downtown (roman centre is closed to prived car traffic) and for exciting excursions in one of the many natural parks, e. g.: Bracciano, Martignano, Vico, etc. Two minutes drive there is a famous golf club, for golfplayers. The beach of Fregene is half hour drive and Tuscany is two hours drive away |
