Rainforest Estate is a new luxury property on over 9 acres of very private tropical lawns, gardens, creeks & rainforest near Port Douglas in Far North Queensland. It offers an exclusive, spectacular & convenient venue for a family or group holiday, a wedding ceremony, reception and / or honeymoon, or a special event or function.
Hidden away in a secluded valley surrounded by beautiful lawns, tropical gardens & natural rainforest, Rainforest Estate is perfectly located & close to all tourist attractions & facilities. The Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest & Atherton Tablelands are on our doorstep, as are pristine beaches, championship golf courses, resort shopping, international cuisine restaurants & all retail, commercial and support services.
Rainforest Estate can accommodate up to 16 in-house guests. Private or corporate functions such as weddings, anniversaries or planning meetings can be held for up to 40 guests in a formal or more casual setting.

The property is fully air-conditioned throughout with separately controlled, split cooling systems in every room. Most rooms have louvre windows & ceiling fans. All are fully screened & enclosed to ensure year-round comfort.
All external walls are floor to ceiling glass providing seamless integration between indoor & out living. Large bi-fold doors & walls of louvre windows allow the property to be opened on all sides to enjoy tropical breezes & the sounds of the rainforest.

Rainforest Estate is perfectly located in the middle of two World Heritage Areas, the Great Barrier Reef & the Daintree Rainforest, as well as on the edge of the Atherton Tablelands.
Port Douglas, an international five-star resort village with old-world charm & the home of Four Mile Beach & the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, is 15 minutes to the south.
The Daintree Rainforest, the oldest wet tropics rainforest on earth containing rare & protected rainforest flora & fauna found nowhere else on the planet, is 15 minutes to the north.
The Atherton Tablelands, the northern-most section of the Great Dividing Range rising over 1,200 metres (4,000 feet) from the coastal plains, is 15 minutes to the west. Experience spectacular Baron Falls, Kuranda Markets, Kuranda Scenic Railway & Skyrail, mountain lakes, plantations & historic outback towns and villages like Yungaburra, Milla Milla, Mareeba, Atherton & many more.
Within 5-10 minutes of Rainforest Estate are the Mossman township, Mossman Gorge, fantastic beaches (Newell, Cooya & Wonga) & Diane Cilento’s famous Karnak Theatre.
