This top-floor, 2-bedroom apartment is in a prime position on the edge of a charming whitewashed complex in Golf del Sur, Tenerife. Perfect for a romantic getaway or family holiday, it has 2 sunny balconies with stunning sea views, sheltered from the prevailing wind and not at all overlooked. The large shared pool also has a sea view. Ideally located near restaurants, shops, golf courses and a spectacular coastal path connecting beaches, coves, marina and the fishing village of Los Abrigos where you can enjoy delicious fresh seafood.
Enjoy Tenerife's 'eternal spring' climate at any time of year. Everything you need is within walking distance from the apartment in the small, peaceful resort of Golf del Sur. Explore the island more extensively with a hire car, by service bus or organised tours. Take warm clothes if you venture up El Teide, Spain's highest mountain.
Unsuitable for the infirm or for children under 5 due to winding steps up to the front door. Strictly no smoking.

Conveniently located near Tenerife South airport, this apartment is close to the beautiful championship 27-hole Golf del Sur golf course and is also a short drive to Amarilla Golf. There are 2 sets of golf clubs in the apartment which you are welcome to use. Even for non-golfers, the Golf del Sur Clubhouse is worth a visit for its colonial-style buildings, attractive gardens and panoramic views. It also has tennis courts and crazy golf.
The bright, airy apartment has a large lounge with 2 comfy leather sofas and TV with 5 English channels. Both bedrooms have twin beds and spacious wardrobes. One bedroom has patio doors onto its own balcony, the other looks out onto the main balcony. The lounge, bedrooms and balconies face away from the road so you can enjoy peace and quiet.
The sun shines onto the main balcony from mid-morning until sunset, but it also has a shaded area and 2 parasols. A dedicated sunseeker can enjoy the sun from early morning at the side window to the bedroom balcony. Relax on sunloungers and enjoy the stunning sea view, or dine 'al fresco' at the table in the shaded area.
The lovely large shared pool has a kids' section and lots of sunbeds, where you can enjoy another sea view. Palm trees give areas of shade. Three sets of wide steps give easy access into the pool.
Just across the road from the apartment is the San Blas Commercial Centre with a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, car hire, church etc. Just down the road is the spectacular coastal path which winds along the cliff edge linking beaches, coves, more shops and restaurants and the marina. Continue across two beaches to the left to reach the fishing village of Los Abrigos for delicious fresh seafood. For a longer walk, continue beyond the marina and Amarilla Golf to the right, through the cacti to Yellow Rock. To explore the island, hire a car or taxi across the road or catch a bus at the stop beside the complex, which is also a pick-up point for tours. |
