The apartment itself has been beautifully furnished in a very modern way. Large dining table for 8 persons , beautiful leather sofa , and can accommodate max 7 Guests + 1 baby in the complimentary supplied baby cot. All 4 bedrooms enjoy luxurious en-suite bathrooms, ( bedrooms 3 & 4 share en-suite ), and there is a further, separate, guest’s w.c. • to remit the same amount to our bank account.
The balance rental amount and Security deposit 2,000.00AED (Refundable) to be paid upon your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to arrival the paid amount of the reservation is fully refunded, otherwise, a 50% charge is applied on the total amount of the reservation.
