The house consists of three floors.
Ground Floor:
· There is a large lounge area which can be partitioned off to create an extra bedroom for two people.
· An elegantly furnished dining room with views out to the swimming pool and gardens.
· A fully equipped galley style kitchen with a breakfast bar.
· Downstairs cloakroom.
First Floor:
· The Master Bedroom with private balcony overlooking a protected wooded area, the golf course and the sea. Fitted with a dressing table and wardrobes.
· Twin Bedroom with built in wardrobe and view of the Pool.
· Large main bathroom with bath and shower.
Top Floor:
· The Solarium furnished with sunbeds has excellent views of the pool, the gardens and the surrounding area. It has a screened open air walk in shower with hot and cold water for the summer months.
The Garden:
· A large sun terrace next to the pool with patio furniture and barbecue.
· A covered front terrace overlooking the wooded area furnished with a dining table and chairs
· Lovely flowers and planted pots

This area has some of the most beautiful beaches to be found in Europe. These beaches have earned sixty-seven European Blue Flags and vary from secluded sand dunes with magnificent pinewood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches extending for many kilometers. To the south these beaches change to breathtakingly beautiful secluded sandy bays overlooked by towering cliffs.
Playa La Zenia, Capitain Playa and Campoamor
These are the closest beaches to the house. They are wide and sandy with water sports being very popular especially at La Zenia during the Summer.

Nearest golf courses (within 5 minutes drive) are VillaMartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. Many more golf courses in this area including LaManga (30 minutes drive)
Horse riding stables, Green Bowling, Tennis, Water Park and watersports all available locally.
Eating out is a delight here with literally hundreds of restaurants to choose from. Perhaps a traditional Spanish restaurant with hams hanging from the beams and barrels of local wine at the bar, including a huge selection of Tapas.
South Costa Blanca is now one of the most cosmopolitan areas in Europe with a coastline untouched by mass tourism. The countryside views are of hillsides covered with terraced vineyards, lush-green citrus orchards and dotted with pretty towns full of narrow streets leading down to flower-filled squares.
The coast, protected by the Crevillente mountains to the west and with the warm Mediterranean sea on it eastern shores, gives the Costa Blanca a perfect winter climate and produces excellent conditions for its agriculture which includes not only Valencian oranges and lemons, but also salad items, artichokes, asparagus and many fruits such as peaches, nectarines, kiwi and many more. The south Costa Blanca is also famous throughout Spain for seafood and fish, landed daily at the local ports of Torrevieja, Santa Pola and many others along the coast. |
