This is a great Villa in a great location, near Golf courses, shops, restaurants and bars. Furnished to a high standard and with air-conditioning, TV and DVD player. All bed linens and towels are provided. There is a roof solarium with table and chairs . A lovely terrace on the ground floor, well shaded in the evening for outside dining which also has garden furniture. Well maintained patio area safe for young children to play in while you relax with that cool glass of wine.There is a private communal pool just 30mtrs from the villa if you do not fancy the beach, though with two superb family beaches 10 minutes away it's a difficult choice. If you do not want to cook at home then the choice of restaurants and bars locally are excellent with a wide variety of foods to choose from. Cabo Roig is known as the "jewel of the Costa Blanca", the seaside resort with something for everybody and within easy access of both Alicante airport and Murcia airport. This villa is built & finished to a very high standard, well-equipped & fully furnished with a patio area at main entrance, balcony from main bedroom & roof terrace where you have plenty of space to soak up the Spanish sun. Marble floors throughout, shutters at the windows & air con for contrasting cooler area. The villa is light, bright, very clean and furnished to a high standard. As you approach the villa you will immediately notice the large private garden/patio area with varied mediterranean plants, including palms, lemon tree & olive tree & flowering shrubs.
As you enter the villa you step into open plan living area with fully equipped American-style kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, oven/grill/hob, extractor fan & plenty of crockery, cutlery & utensils. Breakfast bar with high stools. Open plan to living/dining room with double sofa bed, comfortable chair. entertainment, coffee tables, dining table & chairs and storage.
Shower room & WC on ground floor & luxury family bathroom on first floor. Plenty of hot water & all towels are provided.

Cabo Roig lies just of N332 coast road between Torrevieja & Campoamor, located on southern Costa Blance coastline. This popular & delightful seaside resort is well-loved for its superb sandy "Blue Flag" beaches, its stunning views of the sparkling blue Mediterranean sea, its picturesque cliff walks offering stunning views of the coastline & La Manga glistening in the distance & its busy nighlife & has plenty to offer for everybody. The 2 main beaches, Cale Capitan & Cala Caleta are clean & safe for children. Also within walking distance are beaches at La Zenia, Playa Flamenca & Campoamor. Scuba Diving is available at La Zenia. Cabo Roig enjoys a wonderful climate with over 300 days of sunshine each year, rainfall being mostly in winter months. Sun worshippers will love the temperatures in July/August whilst those who don't like it too hot, would find May/June & Sept/Oct pleasant months to visit. Cabo Roig has a fine variety of shops, restaurants & bars mostly centred around the "strip" with its fine restaurants, cafe culture & bars. Popular local market daily along the harbour front at nearby Torrevieja which also has lots of other attractions, including Aqua Splash park (Aquopolis), the wonderful sea-front promenade with its huge array of restaurants & ice-cream parlours, harbour-side fun fair, International park and the new Habaneras shopping centre. Torrevieja is surrounded by salt lakes which are home to wild life including Pink Flamingos & La Marta nature reserve. Playa Flamenca is 5-10 minutes drive from the villa & has large commercial centre, popular Saturday market where you can buy fresh produce, leather goods, clothes & more. Nearby are located 3 magnificent Golf courses, some of the best courses in Spain - Las Ramlas de Orihuela, Golf Campoamor and Club Golf Villamartin. A few minutes away is La Fuente with its banks, shops, Irish bars with live entertainment, Tapas bars, cafes and restaurants & crazy golf locally. |
