Are you apart from the rest? Increase your bookings. Our management is perfect for Holiday property owners, who do not have the time/inclination to market and manage rentals. Or just want a little help to start up or improve on their rental bookings.

Our standard service is based on a ‘No booking, no fee policy’ - It will be totally up to you, if you want to take the booking or not! You will still have total flexibility of when to rent your property out. We can happily offer advice and support, but you will make all the important decisions being the property owners.

Bookings that we manage from start to finish, we only charge 15% commission on the rental. But it is imperative to us that we offer our renters incredible value and service, so we can only work with people who share the same ethos.

The rental management that we do is designed to complement any existing advertising and market you do. We work with our customers to take away any stress and strain of the holiday rental management.

Everyone expects different things, so we will discuss with you, your expectations and needs. We can then offer a suitable package that is best suited to you.
