The large holiday villa is in an elevated position with stunning views over the Uzumlu plateau and the nearby mountains. This part of the Lycian Turquoise Coast offers everything that a holidaymaker could want. Friendly people, lovely beaches, all types of water sports, a variety of good restaurants, historical sites and a complete range of shopping experiences.
We back this up with a self-catering vacation villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The holiday villa can sleep up to 13 people in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 4 living rooms and it has a lovely illuminated private pool and a large fully equipped Gym & Games Room together with W-Fi internet throughout the villa. The villa is an ideal holiday venue for extended families or for groups of friends to holiday together.

Enter the villa and go through an archway into the fully equipped kitchen which is able to cater for up to 13 people. Another archway leads into the main lounge with a wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV/DVD/CD and then enter the dining room, through another archway, which can seat up to 7 people with an adjoining terrace dining table that can seat another 6 people. Also on the ground floor is a separate second lounge with a stereo music system with iPod dock and many games, CD's and DVD's with two sofa/single beds next door to a toilet/shower room. All these rooms access the large veranda with an alfresco dining area, a gas and a charcoal BBQ and adjoining the illuminated private pool.
The first floor has an master en suite king-size bedroom, another king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom and also a family bath/shower room. All the bedrooms have sun terraces with stunning views and are fully air-conditioned. The top floor has a twin bedroom and a family bedroom with a king-size and a single bed and a cot, there is also a large shower room/toilet.
One of the main features of Holiday Villa Kadyanda is the illuminated swimming pool which is surrounded by a sun terrace with ample sun loungers and parasols. Throughout the summer there is a gentle cooling breeze that makes this terrace an idyllic place on which to relax. As the villa is located at 500m above sea level the temperature is a few degrees below the coast resorts and the humidity is also lower which makes for an ideal climate in mid-summer. By the side of the terrace is a covered area with a large dining table, seating six, with incredible views across the Uzumlu plateau. This is close to a BBQ area with both a charcoal and a gas BBQ which is ideal for alfresco dining. Beside the entrance foyer there is another terrace that can also be used as a breakfast patio or to simply relax on and there are four furnished sun terraces outside the bedrooms. |
