Woodvale Lodge is a spacious house, which represents outstanding value for money.
It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in prestigious Woodvale. It is only a 4 minute walk to a shopping centre with a supermarket and various local shops and the popular British pub, known as the Moon and Sixpence. Also just a ten minute walk is Lake Goollelal and the Yellagonga Reserve which offers spectacular scenery and wildlife. The house is only 3km from the freeway and an easy 20 minutes drive to Perth City. This lovely home, which has modern hardwood floors throughout, has a spacious open plan design with a massive indoor furnished sunroom. The Sunroom has Balinese décor, artificial plants, Balinese Rattan furniture with lovely white cushions and a dining table and chairs for 6. There is also a CD Player, BBQ, water feature and heat therapy room (Sauna), which leads to the garage(which has parking for one vehicle) and a sunny private rear garden which has an abundance of tropical palm trees and rubber plants. This area has sun loungers and table and chairs, and a Swing. The property has quality furnishings throughout and is fully air-conditioned for the hot Summer and gas heating for the Winter. |
