. Villa Oasis is a small complex with one villa, 4 apartments and 2 studios for rent. All of them are air-conditioned, with fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi internet connection. All of them offer a superb view over the sea and the pinewoods of north Kassandra.
. The traditional countryside house is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with parking, barbeque and children playing yard. The only road access to the seashore, 100 meters away, starts from the property. So the long sandy beach is practically privet. Sea is clear shallow and proper for children.
. Villa Oasis seaside vacation rental is located in the beginning of Kassandra, the western peninsula of Halikidiki. The point is ideal to start your day excursions to discover Kassandra, Sithonia, and Mount Athos. The wildest nightlife, the most luxury resorts and the best cultural events of Halkidiki are less than 15km away. All summer we live here offering hospitality and help to our guests.

In Villa Oasis we rent one 2floor villa, 2 apartments on the ground floor, 2 ones on the middle and 2 studios on the top floor. All of them offer panoramic view over one of the most magnificent landscapes of Halkidiki. The blue sea, the long beach and the extended pinewood of the east coast of Kassandra.
Each ground floor apartment has entrance from the frond side, from its privet patio in the garden. It sleeps up to 5 adults, 3 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room.
Each middle floor apartment (ground floor from behind) has entrance from the back side (from an extended patio that is 5 steps above ground level) and a privet balcony in the frond. It sleeps up to 4 adults, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room.
Each top floor studio has entrance from the back side (17 steps higher) and a 40 m2 privet veranda with the best view. It has a double bed and a bunk in the bedroom. Kitchen is in an extension of the same room.
All apartments and studios are self catering with full cooking facilities. They have bathroom with shower and free hot water. Kitchens are in the living rooms. They are fully equipped, with big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, and all kitchenware and tableware for 6 persons.
There are two dinning places with tables and chairs. The first is in the kitchen and the second outdoors in the veranda, the balcony or the patio. During summer the actual living room is outdoors where you can enjoy the superb view, the cool sea breeze and the perfume of flowers.
All studios and apartments are traditionally furnished and fully air conditioned with one independent unit in each room. Free hot water is supplied to bathrooms and kitchens. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. They have all cleaning tools and we deliver them clean. TV set, hair dryer and a clock radio can be found in each one. Free broadband Wi-Fi internet connection is covering all of them. There is also washing machine for common use and iron and iron board upon request. |
