The villa, constructed almost in its entirety in 2002, with a spectacular view of the mountains and about 300m from precious maritime landscape and beaches, is located in a residential zone in Marbella, in the Spanish Costa del Sol. Just 3km from the villa is Puerto José Banús, one of the best sporting ports on the world.
Villa Fénix provides:
- 7 bedrooms; 4 rooms with one double bed each, and 3 rooms with two individual beds each (one of which has an independent patio). One of the bedrooms with individual beds only accessible by staircase and without bathroom on the same floor.
- 5 bathrooms and 1 half bath
- A spacious lounge with 3 sofas, a fireplace, a library, 2 coffee tables, and a large round dining room table with 6 steel chairs
- A small living room with a sofa and a wooden table with 4 chairs
- A large kitchen with a vitroceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, kitchen furniture, a large olive cabinet for kitchenware, a rectangular wooden table with 6 chairs (all in olive), microwave, deep-fryer, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
- Another smaller kitchen, furnished, with a vitroceramic stove, oven, built-in cabinets and refrigerator
- In the lounge, the tables can be arranged to seat 14 people. The interior is also very well lit with large windows.

Villa Fénix is found 300m from a precious maritime landscape and only a few minutes from the most important padel sporting center in Andalucía, (Club Nueva Alcántara), from the best golf courses in Costa del Sol and from the Hotel Puente Romano tennis courts. Sports like windsurfing, scuba diving, hiking, views of the white villages, etc.
As far as fine dining and drinks, there are bars and restaurants of all types.
Puerto José Banús is a very luxurious sporting port, located between San Pedro Alcántara and Marbella, where some of the nicest yachts in the world dock. The streets are scattered with luxurious shops where the most prestigious brands in merchandise can be found along with extraordinary pubs, bars and resturants. Puerto Banús is also the center of nightlife in the area.
Excursion to the near by white villages, Ronda, Sevilla, Granada, Cádiz, Córdoba or Málaga can be arranged. |
