Two bedrooms apartment, 70 m2 + 2 terraces + private solarium de 44 m2 + garage + community garden and pools. The living area has a dinning-salon from where you can access to one of the terraces facing to the garden area. Kitchen is full equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, etc, hot water, air conditioned and everything ready to make your days here very, very comfortable. Two baths also full equipped, all with the best quality materials, please ask in advance whatever you think you could need and we will try to arrange it for you. Notice that this apartment is new construction, so every thing inside is new.
Orihuela Costa is placed at Mediterranean Spain at Alicante South. It is very well communicated with other Spanish and European cities with two international airports nearby: El Altet (Alicante) 40 min. The apartment has a stairs patio to reach your private 44m solarium with a barbecue, and inside the kitchen on the right and the lounge in front, through the lounge you reach a balcony where you can enjoy outside meals, your morning coffee and of course that all important glass of wine in the evening facing south west from where you can see the pool and garden area. From the lounge you get into a corridor to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This lovely complex design is a gated community with no vehicle traffic inside creating a safe environment and giving you peace of mind for your children to wander. The communal pool area is itself gated inside the complex. Covered parking for your car. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and feature large mirrors.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers inside and have been nicely decorated and bedside tables with lamps.
It is full equipped to make you stay absolutely comfortable, it is a quiet area but at the same time very near or animation bars, restaurants and commercial centres, 3 golf clubs around, maritime walk…so it is perfect if you want to be relaxed and also if you want to join to the "FIESTA".
We have 2 apart. both new 2007 can be rent together or separately they are 7pax max. each. Rates from 500-700 €. per apart.per week. Orihuela Costa is located at the Mediterranean sea next to 2 international airports Alicante y San Javier with low cost flights everyday from Europe, and also next to the A-7 motorway that connect this city with the rest of Spain. If you manage to take time away from the golf courses, excellent restaurants and the glorious beaches around Campoamor, there is plenty of entertainment to be taken advantage of. The crystal clear warm waters of the Costa Blanca are perfect for deep sea fishing, swimming, scuba diving, sailing, surfing, windsurfing and waters skiing, with equipment hire, lessons and excursions easy to find on the huge majority of the larger tourist beaches in the area, including the world famous beach of Cabo Roig.
The beautiful rural landscape which can be discovered just a few kilometres back from the coastline is an ideal location for walking, cycling, horse riding and trekking, which are all highly enjoyable and relaxing activities to be enjoyed .
Although next to the apartment you have all kind of restaurant, bars and fun options you can also visit Torrevieja, this is the cultural and commercial centre serving all the needs of a holidaymaker in an apartment in this area. The shopping, restaurants, leisure activities and day trips available in Torrevieja mean that there is never a dull moment staying in our holiday rental.
Next to our apartments there are several golf courses the most famous one is Royal Golf Club Campoamor. Ideally situated on the Costa Blanca in Alicante, Spain, it was opened in 1989. It is approximately 1km from our apartments, The Campoamor Golf Club has three 18 hole golf courses, surrounded by beautiful pine woodland and orange groves. Golf holidays are an excellent choice regardless of your level of experience, as there is a great choice of golf schools in the area.
Here the weather basks in over 320 days of sunshine every year, with a remarkably steady climate. All year round, the Campoamor golf courses are blessed with average temperatures almost never dropping below 15˚C, even during the coldest months of December and January. Average temperatures in the height of summer are around 30˚C daily. |
