The apartment is in a great location with easy access to Calis, Fethiye, Hisaronu and Oludeniz. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to Calis Beach or you can catch the local bus from the main road a few minutes walk away.
The apartment is in a peaceful complex in a quiet area with a childrens playground opposite the apartments. There are several small shops, cafes, cake shop and post office only a few minutes walk away from the complex.

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/ dining/ living room with air conditioning, double glazed bay windows and doors leading onto a large terrace. Fully furnished including two sofas and a chair, coffee table, hi-fi and a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, cooker, fridge, kettle, cutlery, utensils, etc.
The two bedrooms downstairs are one double and one twin with bedside cabinets and wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom.
Bedroom three is upstairs in the attic and is a good size with a large ensuite bathroom including jacuzzi bath.
Outside are good sized balconies for al fresco dining. |

Calis Beach is only 3km away and is a quiet, yet busy resort, with a long narrow sandy and shingle beach. The promenade is lined with a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants. Visit the Calis weekly market every Sunday.
Fethiye is situated around a wide bay, and is a bustling, friendly market town surrounded by spectacular mountains and stunning scenery. Enjoy a stroll along the harbour, or relax with a drink or meal in the many restaurants and cafes around Fethiye. The paspatur district of Fethiye is a colorful grid of cobbled streets lined with shops, stocking locally produced handicrafts such as silver, jewellery, leather bags and beautiful hand-woven carpets. The weekly Tuesday open air market is also worth a visit and remember to haggle.
The famous blue lagoon at Oludeniz and home of the paragliders can be reached from Fethiye and is definately worth a visit. Also stop at Hisaronu or Kayakoy (ghost village) on the way.
There are many activities to do in the area from the water park at Calis, to a daily boat trip from Fethiye exploring the 12 islands. For the more adventurous try paragliding, horse riding or scuba diving. Turkey has many historical sites from Ephesus (one of the 7 wonders of the world) and Pamukkale (cotton castle) to the ruins of Tlos and the hidden canyon at Saklikent. Stay off the beaten track and see the real Turkey on a Jeep Safari or cruise down the Dalyan river and visit the famous mud baths with the promise of looking 10 years younger after you wash the mud off! |
