If you are looking for somewhere to hold a family get together, our 13 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms property on the German/Czech border could be ideal for you. It can accommodate groups of up to 27 people. Enjoy the wonderful scenery of the Bavarian/Bohemian Forests and the many castles, lakes and other attractions. A great place for skiing, walking or cycling and only 2 hours from Munich or Prague.

Bed & Breakfast or Self-catering - Our comfortable gueshouse can be booked either on an individual room & breakfast basis or the entire property for self catering.
The house, located on the edge of the quiet village of Bayerisch Eisenstein has wonderful views over the village and the forested hills beyond. The Bayerischerwald National Park & Grosser Arber (1454m), the Czech Republic and the Sumava national park are on our doorstep. In winter, it's less than 10 minutes by car or bus to the ski lifts and slopes of the Arber and the cross-country ski trails. In summer, the area is great for walking, mountain biking, & golf. The area is re-knowned for its wide range of traditional festivals.
The house is centrally located for visiting historic cities such as, Passau, Regensburg, Munich, Prague, Salzburg & Landshut.
All rooms are comfortably furnished, with en-suite shower room, WC, TV, DVD player, hair-dryer & tea/coffee making facilities. The guest lounge has great views, the ideal place to relax & socialise. Browse our small library of DVDs, books, maps, games & toys.

The price includes all bed linen and towels (changed weekly), an initial basket of firewood, all power, final cleaning, tourist tax, Vat and free local public transport (Bus & trains - Bayerwald-ticket.com)
Additional services:
Up to 3 en-suite bedrooms, externally accessed via the garden terrace (accommodating an additional 8 people): 280.00 Euro per room, per week
Breakfast supplies for first morning of stay: 7.50 Euro per person
Subsequent basket of firewood: 5.00 Euro per basket
Clothes washing/drying: 7.00 Euro per load (FREE use of ironing board and iron)
Half board: at a local restaurant is available for an additional 17.00 Euro per person, per day. (3 courses, all drinks extra)
