| This 3 bedroomed villa sleeps five and a cot can be provided if required. Upstairs The double ensuite bedroom has a private balcony that gives stunning views. The bathroom provides bath, shower, basin and wc. The second bedroom accommodates twin beds. Bedroom three has one single bed. The second bathroom has shower, basin and wc. Marble staircase. Fully equiped kitchen/diner with large fridge freezer and washing machine.. Gas hob, electric oven. Dining area seats six. Comfortable lounge with satelite TV, DVD, CD player and wood burning fire. All wood furniture is handmade by local craftsmen. The traditional village of Uzumlu ofers a chance to sample real Turkish culture and cuisine. This relaxed village is quiet and unspoilt and perfect for those wishing to get away from it all. There are some good restaurants in and around the village. A 10 min drive will take you to Fethiye, with its rock tombs Marina and dont miss the old town. Calis beach with its sea front promenade and many restaurants is in Fethiye. Boat trips from Fethiye will take you to Butterfly valley, scuba diving, on island tours or even to Rhodes. Go Paraglyding at the nearby beach of Oludeniz, sailing and many other watersports are also available. a visit to Saklikent Gorge is a must with canyoning, rafting and a mud bath also on offer. See the ghost town of Kayakoyu an abandoned Greek settlement. Ancient Lycian ruins lie in abundance and can be seen locally at Xanthos, Letoon, TIos and Patara. A short trip to the atmospheric ruins of Kadyanda is a must from Uzumlu. Or take a walk along the faymous Lycian way. Other activities include white water rafting, Quad bike trips, jeep safaris, horse riding and water parks |
