This apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful holiday resort of Los Collados, easily accessed by motorway D-15 leading to major motorway AP-7 from Alicante to Almeria. The location is only 5minutes drive away from beautiful seaside town of Aguilas with it's many beaches and the same 5min drive from a new mega shopping AGUILAS PLAZA with underground parking, cinema, on the outskirts of Aguilas. There is also a bar on the resort of Los Collados for drinking eating and Entertainment during the week. Similar bar at Los Geranios too
The apartment is located on the Second Floor in a block, easily accesible by lift and stairs. In the basement there is allocated parking bay for my apartment and lift stopping on my floor. There is a large private roof terrace above, from where you can enjoy the sun all day and year long. From there you have panoramic views of the whole area and sea in a distance. There is tennis court and park on the site and plenty in the surrounding area to see and enjoy

This apartment is located on a Second Floor and comprises of Living Dining Room with Patio doors, Terrace adjacent to Living Room, specious Kitchen, Master Bedroom with patio doors and Secondary Bedroom, Bathroom. Roof solarium is accessible by spiral staircase. Underground parking accassible by lift and stairs. In the Living room you will find 3 seater sofa, sideboard with flat screen coloured TV, pine table and 4 chairs. In the Kitchen there is cooker and hob, Fridge/Freezer, fume axtractor, kettle, coffee maker, crokery, cutlery, pans and sausepans, evrything you need for cooking.
The kitchen is with window providing natural ventilation and security bars to ensure safety.
Next to the Living Room are 2 Bedrooms, one of them is with mirror and dressing table. Both bedrooms have build in wardrobes and windows with security bars. The bathroom is furnished with a bath, WC, bidet, and washbasin and mirror over the basin. The is air conditioning for the 2 bedrooms anfd Living Room as well as portable heater for the winter time. On the Terrace you will find patio table and 4 chairs. On the solarioum another table and chairs and sun ambrella. There is a BBQ to enjoy eating el-fresco.
For Holiday Letts booking the following are required:
deposit is required of 50euros.
breakages deposit of 80euros
cleaning charges of 50euros
breakages deposit is refundable 2 weeks after the departure, and subject to satisfactory propertuy inspection. |

Ther is plenty for those interested in rock-climbing and mountaineering. 3 well signed posted trails cover different areas of great scenic beauty:castelo the San juan,Hornillo-Fraile and Cope which provide opportunity to view different local species and scenery.The internet service is available free of charge in the Libraries (information - in Turist Centre).
High above old quarters of Aguilas stands the castle of San Juan de Aguilas - a must for sight seeing. The town of Aguilas offers a lively harbour, marina, and fishing port. The weekly fruit market is the best in the area.Aguilas is the most famous for the colorful Mardi Gras Fiesta, with celebrationss lasting well over a week each year. |
